The Leadership Book Club List
Since 2004, I have had the privalege of managing two different book clubs for a national nonprofit organization. These clubs read a book a month and then discuss the book on a one-hour conference call and via a listserve. It's wonderful. Great books, great discussions!
This page first shows the list of the best books we've read. NOTE: These are not all the books, just the ones that the groups rated the most highly.. The "Advanced Books" were selected for senior managers. The "Emerging" books were selected for middle managers and new supervisors.
