Fees, Philosophy, and Methods of Consulting

Peter works with not-for-profits of all sizes and types. His consulting philosophy is to guide, providing technical expertise and objective outside viewpoints. He doesn't want your organization to become addicted to consultants. Consulting fees are based on the scope of work agreed on with the client, and Peter can work on an hourly or fixed fee basis. Fees are based on an hourly rate of US$350 plus out-of-pocket travel costs. Travel time is billed at half rate.

Peter can work with you in person, or by phone, fax, e-mail, chat session, or video conference through free services such ask Skype. More and more organizations are working with consultants remotely to save on travel costs. Working over the internet also allows Peter to work with organizations in many time zones around the world inexpensively and promptly.
